SPUEFA rules (English, Nederlands, Lietuvių)

● Coordinators can choose how they organize their qualification rounds.

● Coordinators are responsible for every Uefa game. If the game is not scheduled the Uefa needs to know who is forfaited.

● The Uefa will allow teams from division D , E , F and G.

● Number of teams / country for 1st SPUEFA edition :

    - Belgium - 17
    - The Netherlands - 13
    - Romania - 14
    - Lithuania - 8
    - Latin teams - 6
    - UK - 6

● The schedule will be first in group play then knock-outs. We will make 16 groups with 4 teams. Teams will be sorted by league and position. The 16 first teams of this list will be group seeded then nr17 will go to group A , 18 to B , ….

● The group play will be played as a friendly cup. 1 team / group will start a friendly cup named Uefa Group A , ... The first 2 teams of each group are qualified for the knock-outs.

● The knock-outs will be played as a friendly cup with 32 teams with one winner.

● During the SP Uefa the teams can earn points for their country. It’s important if you want extra teams the next edition.
In group play : 4 for a win , 2 for a tie , 0 for a loss
In knock-outs : 8 for a win , 4 for a tie , 0 for a loss

● The number of points your country will have will decide how many teams can participate in the next SPUEFA season.
(For example: Lithuania has earned 30 pts, the next time they will get 3 extra teams. 30pts earned divided by 10 (participating teams during this Uefa = 3.)

● Every new edition all the countries will start with 0 points.

● Each new country will receive a not known number of teams to start the 1st time.

● The winner of the Uefa will get free SPFA for 18 weeks!
